How to create the perfect pairing of cigars and molecular cuisine? In 2021, the Year of the Ox, the internationally renowned cigar brand Davidoff Cigars hoped to release a series of products related to the Ox. They collaborated with Alvin Leung, founder of the Michelin three-star restaurant Bo Innovation, to design a collection of works combining cigars and molecular cuisine. The result was captured by Chessman, producing a documentary with a cinematic effect.
